Website terms
These terms explain the conditions on which the Elite Insight website and its published content are made available.

Who operates this website.
The website is operated by Elite Insight Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06309876. Our registered office is Unit 4 Hurricane Drive, Speke, Liverpool, England, L24 8RL. Our VAT registration number is GB 386 2130 00.
In these terms, “Elite Insight”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Elite Insight Limited. “You” means a person who accesses or uses the website.
These terms apply to https://eliteinsight.co.uk/, its public pages, website search, forms, published insights, case studies, white papers and any files made available directly through it. They do not govern a third-party website or service merely because we link to it.
For questions about these terms, contact:
When these terms apply.
These terms set the conditions on which the public website is made available. If you use the website, you must use it consistently with these terms and applicable law.
Some content, downloads, events or other features may have additional terms identified beside them. If there is a conflict, the specific terms apply to that content, download, event or feature.
These terms do not create a client relationship and do not govern consulting or other professional services. Any engagement, scope, responsibilities, fees and risk allocation are agreed separately in writing. The written engagement terms take precedence in relation to that work.
If a website feature requires you to accept a contractual term, we will present that term for active acceptance at the relevant point rather than relying only on your general use of the website.
Information, not tailored advice.
The website introduces Elite Insight's work and shares general perspectives, examples and experience. It does not take account of your organisation's complete facts, obligations, systems, people or objectives. Website content is not professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for an agreed engagement or advice addressed to your circumstances.
Case studies and examples describe particular contexts. They do not promise that the same approach or outcome will apply elsewhere.
Contacting us, sending information or having an initial conversation does not by itself create a client, adviser, fiduciary or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only when it has been agreed in writing by authorised representatives.
Use the website fairly and lawfully.
You may:
- browse and search the public website;
- print or save a reasonable number of copies for personal use or internal business reference;
- share links to public pages in accordance with the linking section below; and
- quote reasonable extracts with accurate attribution, where that use is permitted by law and does not misrepresent the source or context.
You must not:
- modify a copy in a way that is misleading or remove a copyright, trade mark, attribution or other ownership notice;
- use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests approval, endorsement, partnership or a client relationship that does not exist;
- republish, sell, license or commercially exploit all or a substantial part of the website or a download without our written permission;
- reproduce the website's design, structure or content to create a confusingly similar service or presentation; or
- use the website or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
Nothing in these terms prevents fair dealing, accessibility use or another use that the law permits without our permission.
Ownership and permissions.
Unless stated otherwise, Elite Insight Limited or its licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website and its content, including the copy, branding, design, graphics, photography, diagrams, video, audio and downloads.
Third-party names, trade marks, quotations and other material belong to their respective owners. Reference to another organisation, platform or technology does not by itself imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
These terms permit the limited uses set out above. They do not transfer ownership or grant any other licence. A separate licence or permission applying to particular material will be identified with that material.
For permission to reuse content beyond these terms, contact info@eliteinsight.co.uk and identify the content, proposed use, format, audience and territory.
Linking to the website.
You may link to a public page without asking first if the link is fair and lawful, identifies Elite Insight accurately, does not damage our reputation and does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
Do not frame the website within another service, present our content as your own, use our logo as the link without permission, or link from content that is unlawful, fraudulent or materially misleading.
Link to the current public page rather than copying the content. We may ask you to remove or correct a link that does not meet these conditions.
Protect the website and its users.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting, data, accounts or connected systems;
- test or probe security without prior written authorisation;
- introduce malware, harmful code or material designed to disrupt, damage or gain access;
- overload, disable, degrade or interfere with the website or another person's use of it;
- bypass access restrictions, rate limits, robot controls or other technical safeguards;
- collect credentials or personal information without lawful authority;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority, identity or relationship; or
- encourage, assist or enable another person to do any of these things.
We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, our rights or other people, or to investigate suspected misuse.
To report a suspected vulnerability or security issue, contact info@eliteinsight.co.uk. Do not disclose a vulnerability publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
Automated access and extraction.
Ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility tools and automated services we have authorised may access the website in accordance with their purpose and our published technical instructions.
Unless we have given written permission, you must not use an automated system to:
- scrape, copy, extract or download content at scale;
- conduct commercial text and data mining;
- build, train, fine-tune, evaluate or supply an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system using website content;
- reproduce a substantial part of the website or compile a competing content collection; or
- bypass technical controls or create an unreasonable load on the website or its infrastructure.
This restriction applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not restrict a statutory exception or another right that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
Information you send to us.
You remain responsible for information you send through the website. You must be entitled to send it, and it must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious or materially misleading.
Do not send confidential information belonging to another person or organisation unless you have authority and it is necessary for the purpose. Do not use a public form to send special-category personal information, criminal-offence information, access credentials, payment-card data or information requiring a specially secured route.
You keep ownership of your submission. You give Elite Insight a non-exclusive permission to copy, store and use it only as reasonably necessary to:
- receive, review and respond to the submission;
- consider a potential client, consultant, supplier or other business relationship;
- operate and secure the website;
- maintain appropriate business, professional and legal records; and
- comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
This permission does not allow us to publish your submission or use it in marketing without a separate lawful basis and any permission required.
A submission does not guarantee that it has reached the right person, has been accepted as an instruction, will lead to an engagement or will receive a particular response. If a matter is urgent or already subject to a client engagement, use the agreed client contact route.
We use personal information as described in our Privacy notice.
Information and website operation.
We take reasonable care over the website, but content may reflect the evidence, context and conditions available when it was published. It may not remain complete, current or suitable for a different purpose. Check the publication date where shown and verify a material decision against your own facts and appropriate advice.
We do not promise that the website, any feature or any download will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful material. We may correct, change, suspend or withdraw content or functionality. Keep your own copy of information you need and use appropriate security protection when accessing the internet or opening a download.
Links and embedded services are provided for context or convenience. The other organisation controls its own content, availability, security, privacy and terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service merely because the website links to or displays it, and a link does not by itself mean endorsement.
To report a material factual error, broken link or accessibility problem, contact info@eliteinsight.co.uk.
Responsibility for loss or damage.
This section concerns use of the public website. It does not replace or change the liability provisions in an agreed client engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you use the website for business purposes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any test of reasonableness that applies:
- the website and its content are provided without an implied guarantee that they are suitable for your particular purpose;
- we are not responsible for a decision made in reliance on general website content instead of advice addressed to your circumstances;
- we are not liable for loss caused by your unlawful or unauthorised use, your failure to follow these terms, or a third-party website or service outside our reasonable control; and
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or reputation, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
If you use the website as a consumer
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. If we fail to use reasonable care and skill or breach these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of that failure or breach. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or, when the relevant term applied, both you and we knew that it might happen.
The website is provided for business and professional information. If you use it for a commercial or business purpose, the business-user provisions above apply to that use. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our organisation, our risk controls or the law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
An update applies from the stated effective date. It does not retrospectively change an agreed client engagement or another contract. If a material change affects a feature for which active agreement is required, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain a new agreement where the law requires it.
Law and jurisdiction.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. If you live outside the United Kingdom, these terms do not remove any mandatory protection or right to bring proceedings that the law of your country gives you.
The website is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access it elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with any local law that applies to your use, subject always to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
