Cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Other storage or access technologies can include local storage, pixels, scripts, tags, link decoration, device identifiers or similar techniques. They may support communication, security, requested functionality, preferences, measurement, embedded services or advertising.

The rules depend on what the technology actually does, not the name a provider gives it. The register on this page must contain only technology observed in the production website and must record every purpose for which it is used.

What is on this website.

Each record in the register shows:

Consent

You can give or withdraw consent for consent-required technologies at any time. A new choice should take effect without making the core website unusable, although an optional feature may stop working.

Object

Where Elite Insight relies on the statistical-purpose or appearance exception, you can object through a simple and free control. The objection must stop the relevant storage or access and remain effective for a reasonable period.

Browser settings can also block or delete stored information, but may not communicate a consent choice or objection to every service. Use the website control where available.

External services on the website.

A video, scheduling tool, map, social feature or other external service may allow another provider to store or access information. Configure external services in the most privacy-protective way available and assess what happens before and after a person chooses to use the feature.

Where a service is blocked until a choice is made, show a useful placeholder explaining the provider, the likely consequence of enabling it and an external-link alternative where practical.

Each provider record shows:

Provider
The organisation operating the service
Feature
Where it appears on the website
Purpose
What it is used for
PECR treatment
Consent or the exception relied on
If you refuse or object
What stops working, and the alternative
External policy
The provider's own privacy or cookie policy

Feature
The Contact and Join our network forms
Purpose
Delivers the details you submit to Elite Insight by email.
PECR treatment
None needed. The forms store nothing on your device, and Formspree is contacted only when you send a form.
If you refuse or object
Nothing is stored, so there is nothing to refuse. If you would rather not use a form, email info@eliteinsight.co.uk.

How this notice stays current.

Identifiers and usage information can be personal data. The Privacy Notice explains the purposes, lawful bases, recipients, transfers, retention and rights that apply when personal information is involved.

Review this notice, the register and the deployed controls whenever website technology, providers, purposes or legal treatment changes. Obtain fresh consent before a new consent-required use begins. Where an exception is relied on, reconfirm that every condition and objection control remains effective.
